History
Teranga Logistics Services (TLS) was created in Senegal in May 2022, with the aim of contributing to and supporting local economic growth in the Oil & Gas sector, in line with the 2019-04 law regulating local content in the hydrocarbons sector, aimed at promoting the use of national goods and services.
Our structure, with 51% Senegalese capital and an expert logistics partner, benefits from an international worldwide network in 109 countries, including hubs dedicated to the Oil & Gas sector in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
Mission
Teranga Logistics Services' ambition is to provide Senegal with reliable and sustainable alternatives to support its oil and gas developments, by implementing innovative and flexible logistics solutions.
Our vocation is to be a leader at national level, and in the sub-region, recognized for the quality, professionalism and operational excellence of our logistics services for the oil and gas industry.

The desire to contribute to the national economy in the Oil and Gas sector led local key stakeholders in the logistics sector to set up Teranga Logistics Services (TLS).
Aware of the challenges posed by the high quality standards required by oil and gas companies in terms of expertise, qualification and referencing, we established a strategic partnership with a major international transport and logistics operator.
We remain convinced that this approach is the best way to establish the necessary expertise, experience and resources in Senegal, with a view to serving a sector that will undoubtedly be one of the spearheads of our country's development."
