Local content
In order to promote the use of national goods and services, Senegal adopted law 2019-04 to set up a legislative framework regulating local content in the hydrocarbons sector.
In accordance with prevailing regulations, Teranga Logistics Services is a company with 51% Senegalese capital, registered with the Senegalese National Committee for Local Content (CNSCL).
In this context, our aim is to contribute to our country's growth, but also, through strategic partnerships, to train other local experts, federate them, and achieve joint performance.

Our technical partner offers TLS access to an integrated network of dedicated Oil & Gas hubs (USA, MESA, ASPAC, EUROPE), but above all expertise and a comprehensive range of services and equipment, complying with the industry's operational and Q-HSE standards.
